30-day Fitness and Health Challenge
We are a group of women working within the NHS and we have set ourselves goals to clear out any weight and toxins we have gained during the lockdown. We want to increase our exercise regime, increase our water intake, eat healthier and hopefully lose weight too! I have challenged the girls to meet their goals within 30 days.
