I am always setting myself new challenges so I can self-develop.  It is important to always try new things, keeps your mind and body healthy and active- but recently in light of the current pandemic my NHS friends and I have worked during the last 12 months of COVID 19.

Why?

We are tired, we are drained, we have put on weight, eating all the wrong foods. We are all  facing our own personal challenges but lockdown is ending summer is coming, therefore I know it is time to kick COVID in the butt and get ourselves fit and fine!!

Therefore,  have set up a NEW challenge for my friends and myself to lose weight, eat healthier, drink more water, and exercise more.

I have called it a 30 day CLEAR OUT CHALLENGE!!

No cheating! No excuses!  We are going to clear out our weight gain, our body toxins, and increase our fitness and health into the bargain.

This will commence on Tuesday on 22nd March 2021.  We will follow our own diet and exercise plan and I will upload their progress weekly as the challenge drives them through the next 30 days.

So, let's read how the challengers intend to reach their goals.
